2011 - 2012 Arc of Katy Social Events
All Socials will be held at:
Katy Family YMCA
1100 South Peek Road at Westheimer Parkway

from 7:00pm - 9:00pm
All participants must be members of the Arc of Katy and have completed and submitted the following Arc
of Katy Forms (all forms located in the Parent Handbook):
- Activity Enrollment
- Social Activity Policy
- Authorization of Emergency Medical Treatment
- Release of Liability
- Consent for Photo Release
All submitted forms must be signed by a parent, guardian or other representative. Membership and required forms, as well as a notary, will be available at the August Ice Cream Social. After that time, the completed Activity enrollment forms should be submitted to the Programs Committee at P.O. Box 6133, Katy, Texas 77491.

- September 10, 2011 – Fall dance YMCA w/DJ
- October 8, 2011 – Halloween dance @ YMCA w/DJ
- November 12, 2011 – Bingo Pizza Party @ YMCA
- December 10, 2011 – Christmas dance @ YMCA w/DJ
2012
- January 14, 2012 – New Year’s Dance @ YMCA w/DJ
- February 11, 2012 – Valentine's Day dance @ YMCA w/DJ
- March 10, 2012 – Spring dance @ YMCA w/DJ
- April 14, 2012 – Bingo Pizza party @ YMCA
- May 12, 2012 – End of School dance @ YMCA w/DJ
