Summer Camp 2012
The Arc of Katy proudly announces the 2012 Summer Camp. The schedule gives each Camper opportunities to attend our fun packed Summer Camp while providing the Campers and their families' flexibility for Camp and other summer time activities.
This summer we are offering four Summer Camp sessions. You may sign up for as many sessions as you wish and within each session you choose, the days you wish to attend --- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. You must choose the same days each of the weeks in a particular session, but you may request different attendance days in the other sessions you attend.
The sessions are:
Session 1: Monday 6/11/12 – Thursday 6/28/12, 8AM – 3PM

The cost is $25.00 per day and payments are due monthly on the 1st day of that month. Payment for all days a Camper is signed up for in a particular month must be received by the 10th day of that month. Payment policies for Campers under the Home and Community Services Program will not change.
If you are interested in attending 2012 SUMMER CAMP please complete and return the 2012 Summer Camp Registration by 5/15/2012 to Arc of Katy, P. O. Box 6133, Katy, TX 77491. We will review all 2012 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION forms, make sure we have enough participants for each day of each session, and will notify each Camper and their family of acceptance, denial, or additional requirements for acceptance.
If you are a new camper you need to complete and return the following:
We will continue to accept 2012 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION after May 15, 2012, but will only approve additional participants when we have available slots.
Please Note: Campers attending the Day Program during May, 2012 are not required to complete a new application packet. It is the responsibility of each Camper and their family to make sure information contained in the packet on file is current.
